You can get this item By Item Submission and Online time.

You need 4000 ( Four Thousand ) Red Shard's.

And You Need 150 Hours Of online time.

When you have both you can submit The items  via Submission page in service page 16th rb section and You can check your online Time on the service page.

Item Submission Info :-

You can submit the items in 3 options 1 Box ( 100 Red shards ) , 3 Box ( Red Blue shards ) , 5 Box ( Red Blue shards ).

You should keep the amount of boxes u need to submit in your Inventory from the 1st slot of your inventory and then go offline and submit from the service page.

You Get Red Shard As Drop From :-

Note :- No other item should be present in the inventory while submiting any item or taking any item from Service page.

You can take only 1 rb item in 1 time slot (ie.1st - 10th ( 1 time slot ) and so on ).

After Succesfull submission of the required items and Online time you can get the rb item.
